Kubernetes is a very popular tool in IT nowadays, but it only has a 2D icon, so I made this keychain pattern.
The Tanzu keychain is special for my husband, who is working with it. (Explanation copied from internet: VMware Tanzu is the suite or portfolio of products and solutions that allow its customers to Build, Run, and Manage Kubernetes controlled container-based applications.) The pattern is similar to Kubernetes one, just needs a bit more colour changing.

Materials
Yarns:
Kubernetes keychain: Blue and White
Tanzu keychain: White, Blue, Teal, Dark Blue and Green
I used a lace yarn Scheepjes Sweet Treat (which is 25 grams - 140 m) with a 1.5 mm hook. The end product is around 4*4*0.3 cm big.
Please note that by using thicker yarn and a bigger crochet hook, your end product will be bigger than mine. You can also create a smaller product by using thinner yarn and a smaller crochet hook.
Abbreviations
Rnd = round
ch = chain
st = stitch
ss = slip stitch
sc = single crochet
dec = decrease by sc 2 together (I used invisible decrease)
inc = increase by sc 2 in one st
‘...” = the part you need to repeat
Pattern
I usually like to work continuously in rounds, but for this pattern, I suggest doing ss when you finish a round. Then do (ch, sc in the same st) to start a new round. Therefore you will get a better heptagon, and the colour change will look tidier in the Tanzu keychain.
Kubernetes
With blue yarn, make two heptagon pieces
Rnd 01: start with 7sc in magic ring (7)
Rnd 02: 7inc (14)
Rnd 03: ‘inc, sc’, repeat * 7 (21)
Rnd 04: ‘inc, 2sc’, repeat * 7 (28)
Rnd 05: ‘inc, 3sc’, repeat * 7 (35)
Rnd 06: ‘inc, 4sc’, repeat * 7 (42)
Rnd 07: ‘inc, 5sc’, repeat * 7 (49)
Rnd 08: ‘inc, 6sc’, repeat * 7 (56)
then fasten off and leave a long tail for sewing
use the white yarn to sew the Kubernetes pattern on the heptagon.
Sew one circle between Rnd 01 and Rnd 02,
then sew another circle between Rnd 04 and Rnd 05.
Sew six straight lines from Rnd 02 to Rnd 06 diagonally.
In the end, sew the two heptagon pieces back to back together.
